Ok lets reset the characters. We arrived in Durango, via a route that did not take us over molass pass, alot longer but saved my sanity and let us see some territory we have not seen before. Phoenix Scott had been there a few days and a younger buddy of his, from now on know as "the kid" drove up from Phoenix. Another friend, Ted, and his wife brought an RVup from Phoenix as well. Hermosa Creek is a shuttle starting at Hermosa Park behind Durango Mountain ski resort. It starts down an old jeep trail along the creek for a few miles. Nothing like any dirt road in a PA state forest, this was abandoned long ago. after a few miles i turns to single track and just after crossing the creek it opens up a bit
Thats scott hamming it up for the camera, he's quite the showman. I dont seem to have a few other pictures i know yoda took along the way but its more about the trail n the flow than the views.
